Your Dream Plan is a 4 week online program for exhausted moms and families who are struggling with sleep. Who are tired of feeling “tired”. It’s designed to take you from exhausted “mombie” to getting a great night’s sleep, feeling energized, happy and confident.
You will see results in 2 weeks but you get 4 weeks of support!
Here’s what we will cover in the program:
Frist we lay the foundations needed for great sleep
Then we will put in place the essential ingredients of great sleep (the building blocks)
Next, we choose & implement a sleep training technique that you choose.
And finally we perfect naps.
You are essentially are building your own DREAM plan and executing it with my support.
