Each package age specific package is personalized and developed using evidence-based methodology.

A lot of research goes into providing only the best solutions to all of your sleep problems. Prevention and understanding are key to avoiding common sleep problems and gently creating a great little sleeper no matter what age.

Please note sleep training is always implemented at developmentally appropriate times and not used before 5 months of age, it does not include “cry it out”.

PRE NATAL & NEWBORNS

This package provides parents with the tools, strategies and support they need to lay a healthy foundation for sleep. This is not sleep training, merely laying the groundwork for healthy sleep habits that will help to prevent sleep problems down the road.

3 - 18 MONTHS

Sleep training methods for all types of parenting styles and comfort levels. Solve sleep problems with easy to follow plans, personal support and useful practical tools.

TODDLER
